Admission and Enrollment Process

Follow these steps in order, from your application to your first day as a PNTCian. For questions, email the office listed in each step or reach our Admissions and Aid Office at admissions@mypntc.edu.ph.

Apply and Get Assessed

  • Fill out the Student Application Form through OrangeApps.
  • Fill out the Application Form for Loyalty Discount (for SHS graduates of PNTC Colleges only).

School Clinic

  • Take the free initial Ishihara test for color vision (for Criminology and Maritime applicants only).

Guidance and Counseling Office

  • Take the free admission and psychological test (schedule to be announced).

Admissions and Aid Office

  • Wait for your test result.

Step 5

Office of Student Affairs

  • Attend the interview.

Step 6

School Clinic

  • Get a Medical Waiver.
  • Get a School Medical Clearance.

Available during the enrollment period only.

Phase 2

Enroll

Step 7

Registrar's Office

  • Log your details in the log sheet.
  • Submit your enrollment requirements at Window 1 during the enrollment period.
  • Fill out the Admission Slip and Data Privacy Waiver.
  • Fill out the Note of Undertaking (for applicants with incomplete requirements).
  • Choose an available schedule and section.

Commissary

  • Get fitted for your uniform.
  • Claim your checklist.

Registrar's Office

  • Claim your Certificate of Registration (COR) at Window 2.

Step 11

ICT Office

  • Create your school email account.
  • Check your school email regularly for announcements on Freshmen Orientation, your Student ID, the Student Handbook, and guides for the Student Portal and Quipper account.
